LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - When most people hear the name Nile Rodgers, they usually think of songs like “Le Freak” and “Good Times” with CHIC.
Throughout the decades, Rodgers has been involved in a lot of different types of music as a performer, writer and producer -- and worked on some hits you probably didn't even realize!
He spoke about how he got his start, CHIC and producing some of the most iconic songs with Diana Ross, Madonna, Daft Punk and more – as well as being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
"Every single person I work with, I become a mega fan," he said.
Watch both his Good Day LA interview and CHIC performance above!
He also took some time to sit down with us before the show and spoke about his childhood and developing a passion for music:
