Sting performs a brand new song live for Good Day LA, KROQ

After a 13-year break, Sting is back on stage performing, "I Can't Stop Thinking About You" - a song from his new album, '57th and 9th'.

The one hour concert was held at the Red Bull Sound Space at KROQ studios with hosts Kevin and Bean asking Sting a number of questions between songs.

The 64-year old British singer songwriter says the new album is named after the intersection he passes every day on the way to his studio.

He says the album was inspired by the deaths of David Bowie, Prince, climate change and traveling.

250 lucky fans got a chance to see Sting up close and personal. He wrapped up his performance with two of his most famous songs, 'Every Breath You Take' and 'Message in a Bottle'.

Sting's new album will be released on November 11th.

By the way...Sting hugged FOX 11's own Gina Silva. She's still on "Cloud 9".
