Midday Sunday: Voter registration and UCLA shooting

- Today's program begins with a first aid kit for voters who will be going to the polls on Tuesday.

Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder Dean Logan talks about how to deal with the most common election day questions: where's my polling place? They ran out of ballots!  I'm being told I cannot vote!

For a broad overview of information for voters in Los Angeles County, go to www.lavote.net.  On election day, use this hotline to resolve issues at polling places: 866-811-2485.

Today's other guest is Dr. Reef Karim, the psychiatrist and media personality who is an expert on addiction and relationships.  Dr. Reef will talk about the UCLA shooting on Wednesday and its traumatic effect on students.

He will also review the autopsy results which show that Prince died of an accidental overdose of Fentanyl.  Dr. Reef's website is www.doctorreef.com.
