(FOX 11) - Joseph Penn was a lucky young man for most of his 21 years of life.
He was known around his South Los Angeles neighborhood as "Baby Shamrock" until he was gunned down in front of the Parkview Pharmacy at 95th and Main Streets.
Penn was walking home with a friend at around midnight on the night before Halloween, October 31, 2009.
Two young men walked up to "Baby Shamrock" and at least one of them shot him. The killers were seen getting away in a Dodge Intrepid.
