LOS ANGELES, CA (FOX 11) - Food, fun and lots of LA love! It's the 13th annual Taste of Soul celebration this Saturday, October 20th from 10am to 7pm on Crenshaw Blvd between Stocker St and Rodeo Rd.
Dubbed Los Angeles' largest street festival, this event features a taste of all things 'soulful' including food from local restaurants, live entertainment, displays from local artists, and exhibits from local businesses and organizations.
Founder Danny Bankwell Sr. joined us on Good Day LA to talk about the event and restaurants you can expect -- and Chante Moore, who is performing at Taste of Soul, also sang her hit "Love's Taken Over" on the show!
Join the FOX 11 team at the festival, too! We'll be there from 10:45am to 5:00pm. Looking for your favorite FOX 11 personality? Here's our schedule:
Kristin Smith from “Top 30”
HeadKrack from “Dish Nation”
Johnathan Fernandez from “Lethal Weapon”
