Jeff Reeb, the Director of LA County's Office of Emergency Management and Christopher Stone with LA County's Department of Public Works joins Hal Eisner to talk about this week's storms, how we prepare for potential problematic weather, the aging infrastructure in our debris basins and keeping people informed.

SEGMENT TWO: Reeb and Stone talk with Hal about the drought! There is still a drought in Southern California and we look into why and what the concerns about that might be.
