Hispanic Music and Art Exhibition

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month at the library by listening to singer Margarita Luna perform songs from Latin America, and stay to view the art exhibition of Oaxacan painter Maricruz Sibaja.  After the music and art exhibition, the friends of the Huntington Park Library will generously provide refreshments.

Lantern Tour: Creepy in the Park After Dark

Join members of the Heritage Park Paranormal Society as they scour the park for ghostly visitors. Admission is free but donations are always accepted! This event is hosted by the Santa Fe Springs Historical Committee.

Classical Guitar Concert with Pepperdine University

The Pepperdine Guitar Department presents a concert featuring musicians studying with world-renowned classical guitar virtuoso Christopher Parkening.  A variety of works are presented in both solo and ensemble settings.

LACMA Art Workshop: Women Empowerment

Participate in a free artist-led workshop for women.  Learn about LACMA’s collection by creating your own artwork as you share these creative experiences with women in your community.  Experiment with a variety of mediums such as paint, collage, photography, and more.  The Art Workshop are supporters by a grant from the James Irvine Foundation.
