Father's Day is just around the corner. To celebrate in style, we have Co-founders Colleen Crivello and Maria Benetos were here to dish on stylish father and son fashions. is an editorial and commerce site that explores all things through the eyes of chic moms ? lifestyle, fashion, beauty and culture with an emphasis on a highly personalized curation geared to a global audience. After becoming moms, two girls from New York City realized the need for an editorial and commerce destination for style savvy moms with limited time to shop. Together they built MINIMODE a site that encompasses shopping for babies, toddlers and tweens, as well as new and pregnant moms who don't want to lose their fashion edge. MINIMODE explores all things through the eyes of chic moms lifestyle, fashion, beauty and culture with an emphasis on highly personalized curation geared to a global audience of stylish moms.


Colleen Crivello, a women's fashion designer and owner of kids brand CHaLK NYC is originally from LA and now lives between NYC and the North Fork with fellow designer husband Roberto and daughter Alba. CC has worked for brands such as Jeremy Scott and DDCLab, prior to opening her own design studio, FDS, with clients such as The Kate Spade Group and Puma. In 2013 CC launched CHaLK NYC an edgy premium kidswear brand, made in NYC and sold at Barneys, Fred Segal, Saks, Yoya, plus CLUB 21 in Singapore and has been featured in NY Times, T Magazine, and Vogue Bambini.

Maria Benetos is an integrated marketing director from New York City who has held positions at media brands such as Harper's Bazaar, Teen Vogue, Allure, PopSugar and Interview Magazine. Maria lives in the West Village with her husband Ian and two daughters Kaia and Elin, and continues to lead the marketing department at InStyle and In addition to holding high-profile, celebrity events for clients such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and L'Oreal Paris, Maria was the co-founder of Teen Vogue's Fashion University.
